The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Colleen C. Flick, RN, BSN, MEd to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Colleen is a nursing consultant working for HumanKind in Zuni, Virginia with over 35 years of experience, specializing in emergency nursing and working with the learning-disabled.
Colleen obtained her nursing degree from Atlantic Christian College, now called Barton College and with her Master’s in Education from Regent University. In addition to her BSN degree and RN certification, she is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Certification. She is also an American Heart Association CPR Instructor, and she is an active member of the Emergency Nurses Association and the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association.
Colleen attributes her success to her passion for patient advocacy, her family, and her faith in God. When not assisting patients, she enjoys attending church and spending time with her friends and family.
